This Corfu holiday villa with pool is set in secluded olive groves and was completed in 2008. The villa occupies a hillside site with glorious views across the island to the sea and has all modern amenities including air-conditioning and a private pool. It is situated in the centre of Corfu, just 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the golden beaches of Corfu's west coast.

Accommodation at this Corfu holiday villa with pool comprises two double bedrooms and a quadruple bedroom a fully equipped kitchen / lounge / diner. Outside, a large verandah on the western side, with barbecue, table and chairs, faces the spectacular cross-island view. On one side of the villa there is a patio surrounding an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The extensive grounds have been left in their natural picturesque condition with a variety of trees, mainly olives, separated by grassy glades. The area is very little frequented; nearby is only one house, often unoccupied, and a delightful little chapel, dedicated to Saint Nicholas and used once a year. This makes the locality very safe for children.

Your Corfu holiday villa with pool is a short drive to Aqualand Water Park and within easy reach of Corfu Golf Club. The nearby village of Agios Ioannis has a central square with a traditional restaurant whose tables are shaded by trees; a mini-market, bakery, and bars are all within easy reach.
